The point is, the best health and wellness idea is of no value if it is not put into action. So with all the other considerations, what you will actually be willing to do  to incorporate a new healthy habit in your life should be at the forefront of your thoughts. To know yourself and be honest with yourself is very important when it comes to making a healthy choice.
